Our providers are board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP-BC) who deliver medication management, psychotherapy coordination, and breakthrough SPRAVATO® therapy for treatment-resistant depression. Together, the team spans veteran and trauma care, holistic adult psychiatry, and child and adolescent care—in person in Tyler and by secure telepsychiatry statewide.
