Fees, Payment Options, and Insurance
We accept cash pay, credit/debit cards, and select insurance plans.
To assist patients with insurance coverage we do not accept, we provide patient statements upon request containing the necessary information required by insurance companies so the patient may file on their own.
Patients who are cash pay, initial appointments must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. Payment for all follow-up appointments will be collected at the time of the visit.
No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and strive to meet the needs of all individuals by ensuring quick access to appointments. Our goal is to prioritize patients' needs effectively and efficiently.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 business hours' notice.
All missed appointments will be charged in full based on appointment type. Thank you for your understanding.
We recognize that emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and we are willing to work with you should such a situation occur.
If a patient fails to attend two consecutive appointments without prior notification, it will be assumed that the patient-provider relationship has been terminated. Consequently, the patient must re-establish this relationship to receive further treatment.
Medication Refill Policy
Medication refills will be addressed during your scheduled appointment. Automated refill requests from pharmacies, as well as requests for early refills, will be denied. For any specific inquiries regarding your medication, we encourage you to reach out to our office directly. Again, we recognize that emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and we are willing to work with you should such a situation occur.
Please note that we require 72 business hours to process all refill requests. If you have a specific medication concern, please contact the office.
